K Series Bevel Helical Geared Motors
The bevel helical gear unit offers torque capacities up to 33,000Nm, power ratings up to 160kW, and ratios as high as 160:1 in three-stage form or 35,000:1 in combined configurations. These units are available as triple or quintuple reduction models, and can be foot, flange, or shaft mounted. Options include motorised versions, motor-ready setups, or reducers with keyed input shafts. Designed with interchangeable Euro dimensions, they allow for easy replacements and are compatible with standard IEC/NEMA motors for quick, cost-effective motor swaps.
TW Series Heavy Duty Gearboxes
The heavy-duty worm gear unit is designed for demanding applications with sizes ranging from 10" to 28" nominal (250 - 710mm) centre distances. It comes in single or double reduction models and has a power capacity of up to 1500kW. Built for high torque requirements, this gear unit offers flexibility in mounting options and uses the Holroyd tooth form for enhanced efficiency and durability. The Holroyd tooth profile ensures maximum torque and efficiency, while provisions for synthetic lubricants allow for compact, high-torque transmissions.
F Series Shaft Mounted Gearboxes
The shaft mounted gear units offer torque capacities up to 16,500Nm, power up to 110kW, and ratios from 5:1 to 100:1 in double reduction, extending to 5,600:1 in combined forms. Available as double, triple, quadruple, or quintuple reduction units, they can be flange or shaft mounted and supplied as motorised, motor-ready, or with a keyed input shaft. These units are designed with interchangeable Euro dimensions for easy replacement and accept standard IEC motors, ensuring quick installation.
