NRG Series Planetary Gearboxes
The SITI NRG planetary gearbox comes in 7 sizes, housed in durable ductile iron. It offers versatile mounting options, including inline or right-angle configurations, and can be foot or shaft mounted. The gearbox is designed for high-shock, severe-duty applications, featuring standard IEC B5 motors, oversized bearings, and Oldham couplings for robust performance. Its modular design ensures quick delivery and reliable performance, making it suitable for demanding environments with various shaft configurations.
M-NHL Series Inline Helical Gearboxes
Inline Helical Gearboxes (M-NHL) offer a compact and lightweight design, providing high efficiency and extended bearing life. Their flexible and interchangeable design makes them versatile for a wide range of applications, with multiple mounting options and configurations, including shaft mount or solid shaft and foot or flange mount. These gearboxes deliver performance with input power ranging from 0.25 to 390 HP, output torque from 787 to 123,900 lb. inch, and ratios between 7:1 and 226:1.
MI Series Worm Gearboxes
SITI metric worm gear units come in 12 sizes and are made from pressure die-cast aluminium and cast iron. These units are designed to be interchangeable with most European brands and offer a variety of customisable options, including helical inputs, double worm combinations, different output flanges, torque arms, shaft covers, and single or double output shafts. The M-I, P-MI, and C-MI Series offer worm and helical-worm gears with keyed hollow bores, supporting input power ratings from 1/8 to 75 HP. They provide ratios ranging from 7.5:1 to 8,000:1, making them suitable for various reduction needs.
